Maintenance Requests

To submit a maintenance request:

  1. Use the yellow maintenance request form
  2. Provide your unit number and contact information
  3. Describe the issue in detail
  4. Schedule a convenient time for maintenance to visit

Emergency maintenance issues include:

  • No heat during winter months
  • Water leaks or flooding
  • No hot water
  • Electrical problems
  • Locked out of apartment (additional fee may apply)

Rent Payment Information

  • Rent is due by the 1st of each month
  • Grace period extends through the 5th of the month
  • Make checks payable to: Key Management, Inc.
  • Include your unit number on all payments

How do I report a maintenance issue?

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period through the 5th.

How do I give notice before moving out?

Submit written notice to our main office according to your lease terms, typically 60 days before your intended move-out date. 60 day notices are not accepted after 1 September because of Paragraph 1 in the lease, no moving out in November, December, January, February and through March except the 31st

What utilities am I responsible for?

Utility responsibilities vary by property. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact your property manager for specific details.

How do I request a lease renewal?

Contact your property manager 60-90 days before your lease expires to discuss renewal options.
